A long-established European Airsoft retailer wanted to add a maintenance tool kit to its product range. Instead of choosing a standard screwdriver set, the customer needed a configuration tailored to its products and brand.

Customer Requirements: More Than Standard Logo Customization

This project required the complete configuration to be assembled according to the customer's requirements. The customer selected

--- 26 CRV bits

--- Manual screwdriver handle

--- Extension shafts

--- 1/4" to 4 mm adapter

--- Cleaning brush

--- Utility knife

--- Detail brush

--- Needle-tip glue bottle

--- Other practical accessories

The customization also extended to the product appearance: a Pantone 349C dark green handle, black bit storage with corresponding bit-type icons, green zipper-case edging, and branded case printing.

The goal was to build the set around the customer's actual requirements—not simply add a logo to an existing configuration.

Customization Challenges: Bringing Different Tools into One Branded Set

Because the selected accessories differed in size and function, the existing standard layout could not be used directly. We reorganized the tool combination and zipper-case layout around the confirmed components.

The handle and zipper-case edging also use different materials, so the specified green color was matched separately to maintain a consistent overall brand appearance.

Final Result: From Sample Approval to Repeat Order

The customized sample was approved in early 2025, followed by an initial order of 1,000 sets. In July 2026, the customer placed a repeat order for another 1,000 sets.
